Herb and Sea Salt Compound Butters

Featuring: Fusion® Jalapeño Pepper Salt, El Dorado® Mesquite Smoked Sea Salt & Fusion® Wild Porcini Salt

 

Compound butter with sea salt

Ingredients

Mint, Lime Zest and Fusion® Jalapeño Pepper Salt Compound Butter

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • ¼ cup mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Jalapeño Pepper Salt, or to taste
  • Rosemary, Smoked Paprika and 

El Dorado® Mesquite Smoked Sea Salt Compound Butter

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon El Dorado Mesquite Smoked Sea Salt, or to taste
  • Thyme
  • Red Pepper Flakes  

Fusion® Wild Porcini Salt Compound Butter

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Wild Porcini Salt, or to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. For each compound butter recipe, combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately. Spread on grilled corn, grilled meats or bread.
  3. Store in an airtight container or roll into logs wrapped in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.
