Ingredients
- 1 to 1 ½ pounds large headless shrimp/prawns, peeled and de-veined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce, or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon Fusion® Thai Ginger Salt, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro for garnish
- Slices of fresh limes

- In small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon olive oil with the soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, chili garlic sauce and Thai Ginger Salt. Stir until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved. Set sauce aside.
- Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil and then add prawns and cook until they are bright pink and cooked through.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and then stir in the sauce over the cooked prawns. Top with minced cilantro and additional Thai Ginger Salt to taste.
- Serve with fresh lime wedges.
