Ingredients
Mint, Lime Zest and Fusion® Jalapeño Pepper Salt Compound Butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- Zest of 1 lime
- ¼ cup mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Jalapeño Pepper Salt, or to taste
- Rosemary, Smoked Paprika and
El Dorado® Mesquite Smoked Sea Salt Compound Butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves, minced
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon El Dorado Mesquite Smoked Sea Salt, or to taste
- Thyme
- Red Pepper Flakes
Fusion® Wild Porcini Salt Compound Butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon Wild Porcini Salt, or to taste
Cooking Directions
- For each compound butter recipe, combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Serve immediately. Spread on grilled corn, grilled meats or bread.
- Store in an airtight container or roll into logs wrapped in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.
