One part sweet and two parts spicy, this recipe will soon become part of your football viewing tradition! And once it catches on, be prepared to make this a regular weeknight meal as well. The wings are quick and perfect with a side of sweet potato fries, seasoned black beans or baked beans. Plus they're grilled, a healthier alternative with no greasy frying mess to clean up. Add a dash or two of Fusion® Sriracha Salt to kick up the spice and you've got the play to please the crowd!

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha Salt
- 1 teaspoon Lime Lime Fresco
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 pounds bone-in chicken wings
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons spicy chili sauce or hot sauce such as Tabasco or El Tapatío
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Chopped fresh cilantro or Italian parsley for garnish

Cooking Directions
- In a small bowl mix together sea salts. Set aside.
- Place wings in a large bowl and coat with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt mixture and toss to coat. Set aside or refrigerate for up to one hour.
- In a medium bowl whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, chili sauce and soy sauce. This will be used as a basting mixture.
- Place wings on grill over low, direct heat. Grill approximately 15 minutes per side, basting as the wings cook.
- Remove from heat, transfer to a platter and garnish with herbs. Serve hot.
