Ingredients
- 1 14-oz. package frozen soybeans in pods, thawed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or grapeseed oil (or any high smoke point oil)
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon Roasted Garlic Salt Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Additional Roasted Garlic Salt, for serving

Cooking Directions
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil. Cook soybeans until the pods are charred, stirring occasionally.
- While soybeans are cooking, in a small bowl combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and Roasted Garlic Salt. Set aside.
- When soybeans are charred, remove from heat.
- Toss the soybeans in the prepared dressing and sprinkle with black pepper. Top with mint, chili flakes and additional Roasted Garlic Salt to taste.
