Cooking Directions
For grilling
- Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Brush salmon on all sides with olive oil and season with Bonfire Smoked Sea Salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Place the filets directly on a clean and well-oiled grill.
- Grill each side for about 3-4 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Serve with lemon wedges.
For oven roasting
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. Brush salmon on all sides with olive oil. Place the filets on a parchment lined baking sheet or baking tray.
- Season salmon with Bonfire Smoked Salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to taste.
- Bake salmon in oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the filets flake easily with a fork and the internal temperature reads at least 145 degrees on an instant thermometer.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
