Ingredients

1 large salmon fillet (You'll need about 6 ounces per serving)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons Salish® Alderwood Smoked Salt—Fine grain
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Juice of ½ lemon

Cooking Directions

  • Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Place salmon fillet skin side down on baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl combine brown sugar and Salish Alderwood Smoked Salt (fine grain). Sprinkle liberally over salmon.
  • Squeeze lemon over salmon and gently pour on melted butter to cover.
  • Bake salmon until opaque in the center about 18-22 minutes.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
