Cooking Directions
- Muddle the lime juice, strawberries, jalapeño, and ice in a cocktail shaker. If you don't have a bartending muddler, try using the flat end of a wooden spoon handle.
- Refill the shaker with ice and add tequila, orange liqueur, and agave nectar/simple sugar. Shake vigorously for several seconds to mix and chill all the ingredients.
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass. Tip the glass on its side holding it parallel to the plate of Lemon Twist Salt. Coat the outside edge of the rim with salt. You want to keep the salt out of the top and inside of the glass to avoid the salt falling into the drink, causing a salty mess. Each sip should start with salt on the lips and tongue that the margarita washes away.
- Serve either strained or on ice as desired. Garnish with a lime and enjoy!
