Cooking Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Note: Cooking on parchment will keep the sweet potatoes from sticking and will help achieve a crispier texture.
- Using a mandolin, thinly slice the sweet potatoes.
- In a large bowl, mix the sweet potato slices with olive oil, Sel Gris Grey Sea Salt (Velvet grain) and black pepper.
- Remove chips from the oven and serve with an additional sprinkling of Sel Gris Grey Sea Salt.
